MK Consulting provides IT support on an annual* subscription basis, through maintenance contracts based on the hourly rate. Most of the support functions are carried out remotely. We have enough flexibility to provide timely on-site support, with "rapid on-site response" as an option. Our clients have the benefit of direct contact with the support engineers, no matter what the nature of the fault is.
* In certain cases, we may be able to accept 6-monthly subscription arrangement. Time permitting, we may also be able to provide one-off support services, in case of emergencies.
